I'll be driving down tomorrow, Monday, first thing and fishing Chapel from late morning and i'll let you know if I have any success; all of which probably means we'll have another spate tonight! Thanks, Best, Simon Hillcox.

05/09/2009 10:26 by Peter Barker. Hello I can see from the webcam that this river loooks perfect for salmon when the Torridge and Taw are still out of order. Are there any stretches that are available for a couple of days as a vistor at short notice? I live in Hertfordshire and make regular visits to the Torridge and Teign where I am an Lower Teign FA member. Here's hoping Peter Barker

It is marvellous to sit at my computer in Coventry 230 miles from the River Camel and being not only able to see the - real time - state of the River, but also actually see if it is rising or falling. The prayers that you asked for seemed to have certainly worked for this week (starting 1st November) now the real fishing should really start.

09/11/2009 21:31 by Brian Parry. Just discovered this fantastic new facility. Viewing the webcam especially next season will be brilliant. As a visiting angler ( i live 135 miles away), i usually stay for 2-3 days, so it will be great to see the river condition before i travel.

22/10/2009 14:52 by Richard Verge. Congratulations Colin to you and everyone else involved in establishing this new facility which is not only of interest to me as a visiting angler but also will enable me to be pepared for the prevailing conditions , I hope !
